Requires a different energy cultivation and exertion, and yet paramount to continuity of love and trust that leads to mutual respect and intrinsic behavioral motivation.

Teenagers will test the boundaries but a consistent home/heart base is essential in directing children to truth, the consequences of which will always be better than lies.

We are all finding our way as best we can. I was also surprised and grateful to stumble on this realization. Kids mess up, parents mess up - we can’t control other people or events but we can control how we respond.
