Yep.
Keeping track of news accounts is challenging because they flood your timeline with hundreds of posts a day. Without a reasonable timeline filtering tool or the ability to define separate timelines for groups of accounts, it's almost better not to follow these high-traffic accounts, but rather to track them individually.
A solution might be support for NIP-51 and user-defined lists (Categorized Bookmark list: kind: 30001) in individual, mainly mobile clients. Currently, only Amethyst on Android supports them. So I would like to ask nostr:npub1plstrz6dhu8q4fq0e4rjpxe2fxe5x87y2w6xpm70gh9qh5tt66kqkgkx8j - nostr:npub1eqmj85el4pkg7qdj2jcae24qykev5evnyz2s6pzdytzpkhga4u5sdmhexk, nostr:npub18m76awca3y37hkvuneavuw6pjj4525fw90necxmadrvjg0sdy6qsngq955 - nostr:npub1xtscya34g58tk0z605fvr788k263gsu6cy9x0mhnm87echrgufzsevkk5s , nostr:npub12vkcxr0luzwp8e673v29eqjhrr7p9vqq8asav85swaepclllj09sylpugg - nostr:npub16c0nh3dnadzqpm76uctf5hqhe2lny344zsmpm6feee9p5rdxaa9q586nvr please, are you planning to add this support to your clients? It's probably not necessary to implement full management of these lists. The Listr web application can be used for that. Clients can just detect the existence of user lists and allow to switch the timeline from the default Followed to the selected list.
