The mayo at Costco made with avacado oil is good and made with eggs.
I make my own mayonnaise, but because of my dislike of vinegars, I substitute lemon juice instead.

That i shouldn’t use evoo in my mayo. Last time I made it, it was quite expensive and too greasy. Got a new recipe to try.

Yes, true, I mix with vegetable oil, but don’t tell anybody I’ll be thrown out of the anti seed oil club 😂
