At best, they hijack the user and make them pay themselves and then split the funds between apple and themselves automatically (fortunately very easy with Bitcoin, unfortunately very slow and difficult with the fiat that Apple will ask for).
Maybe a good idea is to force a max amount such that they can do official accounting that shows every zap = $0.00 (rounded to the nearest penny) and therefore nothing is due?
