Yes. I think this is getting worse rather than better across the board. Maybe it's an illusion, as some clients get better at it & some don't change. But its a problem when someone new posting notes doesn't know how to manage their reach. The burden of distribution should fall more on the creator than the consumer, in most cases... if that is not being managed for them.
Clients correctly setting outbox/inbox up too. There are a lot of people with 10-20 relays in both inbox and outbox. As I understand it this is unnecessary and actually bad for bandwidth usage.
Also inbox relays being private/paid is very bad. But people need to understand how it works. It's complicated.
