Current weight upon waking 165.7 the week of the weight cut starts with higher calorie lower carb foods. My breakfast was spam eggs and cheese on a low carb tortilla with a booch and apple. Lunch was a protein yogurt bowl with keto granola. After training twice and burning around 1500 calories between the two sessions I was low as 163.5 a weight I am happy with. I expect to wake up tomorrow morning around 165. Hopefully slightly under. 7 days to go till I weigh 146.0!
