Current weight upon waking 165.7 the week of the weight cut starts with higher calorie lower carb foods. My breakfast was spam eggs and cheese on a low carb tortilla with a booch and apple. Lunch was a protein yogurt bowl with keto granola. After training twice and burning around 1500 calories between the two sessions I was low as 163.5 a weight I am happy with. I expect to wake up tomorrow morning around 165. Hopefully slightly under. 7 days to go till I weigh 146.0!

I am going to document this weeks weight cut! Tomorrow morning I expect to wake up slightly under 166 lbs and by next Thursday I will weigh 146.0 lbs or under! Morning! Any idea how I should start building a follower base on here? I just started my page and trying to gain some momentum

Giving this a shot! Will be posting anything related to my mma journey or random stuff I find interesting.

My ice bath protocol:

Before 30 sharp inhales and exhales.

In the bath:

20-30 breaths in with short exhales. Hold breath on the last inhale for long as possible. Focus on compressing your air and visualize boiling the water with your body heat.

Upon exhale, one more hard inhale and hold for 10 seconds, then exhale and repeat the process till 3 minutes is complete.

Iโ€™ve done cold plunges in temps as low as 8ยฐ Fahrenheit outside.
