there's not really a facility for uploading files directly inside of notes. you can add a URL to a note, or even use a file metadata note to point to that URL.

A blossom server would probably be your best option. There is a list of them here https://blossomservers.com/
Its still in the experimental stage though, so its possible something breaks and your file wouldn't be accessible anymore
