In my case, i often to browse global feed looking a lot of content (image and video), get around 5 GB daily. A lot of people upload HD images and video. If i'm only looking at Home Feed it becomes lower around 1 GB. Depends on our time usage and habit. 😅

I wonder perhaps if you turn off background usage it might be even lower, isn't it?
No, Amethyst doesn't run on background. I have checked the source code, it closes any websocket connection when apps go into background. It is mainly foreground usage.
