I think in this part there is no better visualization then in rings of power.

True! People forget it. The key word is dictator. The problem is authoritarianism.

Not true. Good people do not turn evil. But most have never been good in the first place. Just appeared to be when it was convenient to them. It is all because of normalization of lieing, a.k.a. diplomacy, sugarcoating, politiness, and all these types of lieing in undercover names.
