Too swanky for my taste. Stay humble, stack sats.
Should we ever build like this again or simply stay humble and stack sats?
I kinda see what you mean tho. I'm the kind of guy who likes to shop at Walmart.
Oh you miss understand me; I believe in beauty, 100%! However, there is a difference between beauty for it's own sake, and beauty used to make people feel special because of their wealth. Wealth is a blessing, but beauty is independent of wealth, God gave the sunrise to all men. Your leather work is beautiful, you don't need a shop that proclaims it's opulence to sell your wares, they speak for themselves. To summarize; I don't think there is anything wrong with opulence, I simply prefer sincere craftsmanship.
This is just one quick render of the idea. When I think about the best store on earth (because that would he the goal) I imagine every wooden furnishings to be handled by a skilled woodworker and artist, I imagine marble sculpture hand carved to decorate. The idea is to prove this is the best store on earth with work.
And this would be for a lot more than leather goods. This is just a small part of it. I would hope to be 5% of that vision. The rest is a gathering of the finest products. Perfumes, whiskey, cigars, leatherbound books, wine, watches and jewelry.
The Bitcoin store I have in mind really Isn't just about the products but a symbol of Proof-Of-Work in and of itself.
