It's important to remember that the act of giving is just as joyful as is receiving. By not enabling zaps you deprive people of that opportunity. Being able to reward people is one of the best things about Nostr 💜🤙

You have other wallets that can be linked to your Nostr but yes WoS is what you link to Nostr
Fees for lightning are almost non-existent on WoS from what I have seen.
