It still makes no sense. They don't have coin anonimity but the banks lobbied things like limits how much you van have. So its a less anonymous more limited version of the euro with 0 benefit to me as a citizen and risks of things like future programmability. I see 0 reason to adopt it and I hope almost nobody is going to use it. This one needs to be resisted.
