One shot of an anti-inflammatory from the podiatrist and multiple wraps later, Shep the Sheep is helping me keep my foot up. Off it for a week, then back to the doctor to be released from the wraps. Hopefully this will take care of the inflamed nerve and tendon that makes it feel like I hit my funny bone on my left foot all day.

ouch, sending love!

🥰

BPC-157 might be of some help

Thanks!

Hope it heals soon🫂

Thank you. I’m grateful it wasn’t real pain. The one time the fuzzy feeling spread up along my hip, elbow, and neck was scary, though. Doctor wasn’t worried, which is reassuring.

Ouch!! Hope you feel better soon 🫂💜. We have had great luck, so far, with the Altra brand Superior and Lone Peak trail runners, they have a wide toe box. My mom who has always hated all shoes loves them and says her knee quit hurting since she started wearing them.

Altras are my favorites!! Been running in them for YEARS

I’ll look into those. I bought Hokas (width D 😅) and they have worked well so far.

🤞🤞🤞 most everyone recommends the men's for extra room and buy a size up!

Good to know. I’ve always had wide feet (and cultivated a lifestyle and career that didn’t require dress shoes) so I’ve worn a lot of men’s shoes. 🫡

My mom works at a grocery store and is in her 70s and is frugal (let's be real, she's cheap 🤣) she told me "I don't care what they cost, buy them" when I was ordering them.

Wow, that’s a serious endorsement!
