Yes i do! Its actually very tasty, and you can experiment with different roast levels, like dark, medium, light. Kind of like different coffee roast levels. Would be a good substitute for coffee in a pinch, although the amt of caffeine in it is not very high, I dont think.

Sounds like a great substitute for coffee when I need some caffeine.☕️ I love coffee, but I'm trying to grow all my own foods that I can. I'm not really a prepper, but it's more of taking on the challenge, just to see if I could do it. 🙂
We can grow it here in my region. I really should try growing it.
Do you roast the leaves yourself?
Yes, i wash the leaves, spread them on a towel and let them dry for a while, then spread them on a cookie sheet to roast. I just looked up some vids. on YT. To me, the most tedious part was removing the leaves after I go out and harvest branches. But I do think its a worthwhile skill to have, plus it tastes good. I've noticed there are companies selling it now, not cheap.
Yeah. We have a company here in Florida. I tried one of their blends. It's good, but expensive. The youpon grows wild here in some places, so no reason why I can't get some plants and grow my own.
Thanks for the processing tips!
