Capped out at ~720kb/s when downloading with wget. My bandwidth is 100Mbps.

Noticed the same on my phone earlier, on mobile network.

No, 720kb/s is too slow for playback. First minute is fine, but after that it slows down until the video stops for buffering.

I just watched it again no problem, weird, and no other related complaints..It is hosted in the Virginia region, not sure if a distance thing?

It is hosted on AWS S3, so solid.
