I switched to one meal a day. I feel so good! I don't know why I ate 3 times a day to be honest. Also, I never understood people that are running 🏃Now I’m in that club as well🙃

Very cool! I've been doing interment fasting for 8yrs now, after a while it just comes natural. Also makes longer fasts a breeze
