Land is the original timechain, you don’t own it to get rich. You own it for creating your own localized transformations and staying literally grounded to all other timechains.
Land is already abundant. Billionaires and their holding companies buy it up. It only appears scarce because they're doing the diamond strategy - hoard and release only for high prices.

Land, that asset that many States nationalized with a stroke of a pen. If the country you have your land upholds human rights you are good. If that country starts descending into extremism and there are sings of nationalization, not so good at all.
