Been solid but can't run too much on it, only 4gig ram

I wouldn't recommend a HC4 anymore, if you want to have a SBC system, there's faster options for less money available now. Have lost track a bit, but something with a RK3588 would be quite a bit faster, or maybe the Pi 5. Or go the refurbished SFF PC route.
I agree. The HC4 was a decent option when no one could get their hands on a Pi 4. I'm already looking to upgrade over a year later
