Apples new privacy report feature is so good. You can see which google domains track you between apps. Adding these to my domain blacklist.

WireGuard + DNS

Wireguard doesn’t work everywhere unfortunately. On device blocking might be best option

You can override your DNS that way though

I don’t have any public resolvers with ad blocking
