I am definitely commenting more as well. And I reduced my default zap amount down from 1000 to 21 so I can zap quicker.
Indeed. The signal in my feed has increased drastically and there has been very good dialogue. Didn’t realize how much harm reactions were doing . It’s incredible how small design decisions like this change the entire experience.

I also still think of frens like #[5] and her points she brought up yesterday in #frogtalk #nostrnests 🪺.
I haven’t enabled #onlyzaps for those reasons but also I started #zapril with the intention to #zap only or comment. And I also turned off notifications 🔔 for just “🤙” so I was happy with how much more quiet the 🔔 were.
I can still choose that but I feel by not enabling the mode it allows more possibility for interaction with non-bitcoiners.
Regardless #[4] keep building and pushing and discovering. 🤙💜🫂🧡⚡️
Reactions encourage users to be consumers. Comments, reposts, zaps, encourage users to be participants.
The algos encourage consumerism.
