You just won’t get updates until they make it available again. On iOS go into the App Store and tap into your account (top right corner), and then find it there under Apps.
FYI for anyone who was using the TestFlight version of Wallet of Satoshi. If yours expired like mine did today, you can reinstall your App Store version if you previously had it.
