Sorry I am not allowed to get a hearing aide even though I was born with microtia because thats life...
You should be eligible for BAHAS or HAs with bone conduction.

If you have any hearing loss that impacts your life anyways. I worked with a lot of patients with microtia and atresia and they all did so well with bone conduction devices from audiologists.
