Those are great because you can adjust by small increments making it way easier to advance.

Yes that’s the whole point. Nice and steady progressive overload. That and the fact that 2x 80lbs dbs take way less space than dbs in increments of 5 lbs

Yes. That is the problem with all the kettle bells I have. They take up so much room.

I have a big rack of dbs from 10 to 50 in 5 increments. But now for some exercises I need more weight. Figured it was time to switch to adjustables and sell the hex dbs
