I relate. For me this stopped when the “sugar is poison” actually settled in. + once it isn’t consumed anymore (other than fruit) the urges go away too!

Yea, I got to that place before. now I need to drill it in my head again!! And have some fatty snacks/meat with me when I have those cravings.

A lot of times it's just the novelty of it, not even the sugar itself.
