Decentralised, privacy focused and you can run your own node to support the system. You get rewarded with PRE tokens for searching, no one else does that, but you need to accumulate 1000 before you can access them. It takes forever, ask me how I know 😂
But it works well and it's not google, so I keep using it.

After basic searching, I find it similar to a Brave browser approach; they're "crypto", but don't need to use any of the tokens or other nonsense.

I use it within Brave browser and get both when I'm online, I've connected my phone and laptops so it adds up, slowly.

Yep. I use Presearch in Brave browser for everything, when accumulate enough Bat or PRE, convert it to ₿. Brave's BAT I'd easy, PRE I'm still working on, nearly there 😂
I'm interested in trying to stake key words. I haven't figured out how to do it yet.
It's a mess and there's not enough traffic anyway, I don't know why they think this will work, just have an auction like every other ad tech company

I tried doing it a few months ago, ended up getting rugged out of $100 worth of ETH trying to swap it to pre after a dm their telegram channel was "helping" me, yeah they helped themselves to the ETH... Now I understand that "no one will dm you" from their tech support... 🤦🏼♂️ After that I just said Fuck it and moved on.
