Sure, just do a search and type all the hashtags you want to include. Then select "add this feed to my home page". Here's an example that includes #bitcoin and #nostr hashtags:

Clearly I am doing something wrong with #Primal. I can get a feed for #nostrrelay with results and I can get a feed for #nostrdev with results. But when I put them together to search I get “search for "#nostrrelay #nostrdev” it returns “no results found”. I am at the limits of my understanding.
It has come to my attention that this search in #primal returns only those events that have both #bitcoin and #nostr. I am looking for a search that returns either #bitcoin or #nostr.
