I’ve chosen to go the past 3 weeks with zero caffeine.

As an avid buttered, heavy-whipping-cream, raw honey dolloping coffee enthusiast, this was quite interesting. But I’m holding true to it to test out my physiology, nervous system & mindset.

My report:

- feeling at least 20% more presence in daily motions (less rushed/antsy eyes)

- sleeping & dreaming deeper (even though I’ve always capped caffeine by 2pm, and I’ve never had that troubling of sleep throughout life)

- waking up more dopamine-balanced and less go go go-y

- meditation is significantly easier

- feeling more hydrated & naturally energized & joyful all day

- less cravings (surprisingly)

- realized coffee is just a normalized version of cocaine for 93% of people

- depressed (I sure do miss the flavor. Yes, I could get quality Swiss water decaf, but ehhhhh)

If you’ve been enjoying coffee daily for some time — I highly encourage you to take a step back and cycle off. It can broaden your lifestyle perspectives.
