This looks interesting and is probably a great listen.
However..
The following is not a personal criticism or attack:
a group of old white men talking about race and gender is just so.. I don't know.. done? Even if their points are all deep and thought provoking it just appears so virtue signally..

That's because you adopt the frame they are criticizing. Reason has no race or gender.
