It uses the nostr based "yelp" for ecash mints bitcoinmints.com
So it can give you ratings and reviews to help you decide which mint(s) you want to connect with. Now rather than go to that site separately, it looks like you can see the various mint ratings from within cashu.
OK thanks. Was asking because when clicking on "Discover mints" I get the notification "No mints found"
