Made burgers with carmelized onions, sautéed mushrooms, arugula, provolone, and dijonaise. Too much? Probably. Worth it? Totally.

I was thinking about you while I made it! Haha. I used ghee, but man, wish I had some hodlbutter right now.
Did this but no mushrooms and brie. So good. I want burgers now.
I’m gearing up for a chicken piccata next. Our other favorite burger to make is what we call a brunch burger. It’s a burger with avocado spread and a fried egg. So good!
