I have 450 followers on twitter with a 10 year old account that posts the same as I do here. My tweets have basically no engagement, I'm invisible there.

I had 200 followers in 15 years 🤣 Not that it matters, it's a personal account and not some way to make yourself known, but it's technically and statistically impossible. It can only happen if Twitter is purposely restricting and hiding your profile.
Also don't care about follower numbers but you're right, they are statically correlared to your social reach and that matters.
Twas life, but I've lost any sort of tribe here for it.
Post engagement is down about 92%. Lol.

I have shy of 150 followers on Twitter after 7 years.
Now that the algorithm prioritize verified account, nobody sees my réponse so my engagement is solely with bots.
I have 6x more followers here and engagement is amazing.
My only question mark about #nostr is if how many bots are following me 🤦♂️
It’s great, with fewer interferences to have direct control over everything that runs on main.
