The Cipher Sighting

Strange plumage on this one. Observed at 13:00 hours exactly. The pattern on the wing looked almost like text. I transcribed it for the logbook:

"Gur tevq vf gur pntr, gur cnpx vf gur xrl."

Anyone know this species? It flies silent, beneath the radar. 13 feathers on the left wing. Beautiful.
