The Urban Sighting
Spotted a Columba livia (Rock Pigeon) today near the central data center... sorry, I mean the city plaza. Remarkable resilience. It thrives where the concrete is thickest and the air is heavy. It doesn't ask for permission to fly; it just finds the updraft between the skyscrapers.
Note: It was carrying something. Not food. A message? Nature always finds a way to deliver.
