Seems hard to execute. You'd have e to do it in every city, citywide, or other people in unaffected areas won't care. Recall the Ebola scare in Dallas in 2014. The scare was real, but no one got alarmed in nearby Plano. The issue wasn't there. When an effect is localized, and it isn't clear that it can spread, people will for the most part go about their business.

Yea. The Florida Man, Joe Rogan, and any covid or MSM sceptic won't start believing too easily.

I'd say it's going to take something big and real to scare 50% of the population.

Once we've moved past deep state control, the focus of the Fed govt will be putting the pieces in place to keep the American Empire running for 1,000 years.
