My grandma lived to 95 and cooked in aluminum or teflon pans all her life. Not saying that’s optimal, but for now my worry is much more on pesticides, herbicides or other elements on the food itself.

I like to do the obvious things I can control. Obtaining good 18/0 I can pass down is worth it. Nickel is very bad for women especially. Linked to PCOS, infertility, and rabid H Pylori. Nickel stainless is fairly new.

Our grandparents had the benefit of living in a much lower toxin environment, something we (and our kids) don't.

We have to play offense and defense.
