Instead of addresses I used a sha256 hash of the address in a spreadsheet with the blockheight and amount of the utxo. If needed Ill be able to prove the hash is correct without having some file with addresses on it just hanging around on a computer. I dont know if this will be appropriate but I dont like the idea of screenshotting wallets when the timestamp is on the blockchain already and I can later (if I had to) demonstrate that as of 12/31/24, for example, that utxo was as I said it was. but for the other materials opentimestamps is great
