No problem. Then, for the bullets, get yourself some exceptionally potent high-proof alcohol. Soak the hottest peppers you can find them in said alcohol for a minumum of 6 months or longer. Then dry the solution until you have dried pepper essence powder.
Then take that powder, wrap it in workable clay, fire a fire up, and cook the clay case until it is all dry.
Load those dried pepper bombs into your sling and fire away.
