does BitPay not go under the first option (am rerard, just wanting to learn)
Technically it does, but that’s kind of a cop-out as the seller still gets fiat. And it requires an on-chain top-up. BitPay never bothered to add Lightning, but they did add shitcoins, so I don’t use them anymore.
