Just when you thought US courts couldn't be any more retarded, a New York Judge just dismissed the defamation suit against Chainalysis because he says the software enjoys free speech protections.

So let me get this right, Chainalysis's (who work with the government) code is free speech but Tornado Cash's isn't? Got it
