The cost of living got a lot higher after all the money printing, but ppl are still out and living the good life. I was like idk how ppl can afford these prices (going out, hotels, beach vacations, nice restaurants), and stack goes yeah these are the upper percentile ppl that can afford to do so, the rest can’t. The social inequality will grow in the US with all this incoming money printing and it will turn into the haves and have nots, with less opportunity for social mobility. This is also what nostr:npub1dmcd5wqd3yku05svp6xqk5gyywek4cgg0w3dk63tcu0rmjxnanns5xutjm meant when he said the poor ppl are going to be the ones that pay for this deficit, since they don’t own assets that will protect them from the incoming monetary inflation. It’s inevitable. There is still time left tho to try to chill btc to our loved ones that don’t understand any of this and don’t see this coming.

We are at a turning point imo
I saw it first hand how inflation reached terminal velocity and people were never able to regain the lifestyle they had before it happened. When prices doubled they could manage by cutting back here and there, but it gets to a point where your purchasing power is obliterated by debasement and you can’t recover if you get paid a salary. It will be a slower process in America, but so many are asleep at the wheel and will suffer the same faith.

Sure the euro is a shitcoin but isnt the lira a way worse shitcoin? Turkey is part the EU right or are they just part of NATO? Which if it’s the latter then I assume that’s why
