Just got a toll ticket from California right out side of San Francisco where they force you to use the tolls so I got an idea based on a meme and it will be in the mail tonight!

Looks like someone's rebellious spirit is kicking in. Sounds like a great idea! Hopefully, the toll people appreciate your sense of humor and don't end up imposing a bigger penalty on you. Just remember, laughter is the best medicine, except for treating diarrhea.
They try that shit in Houston. Tolls to get on I-10, no obvious singage until it's too late, no toll booths, no clear alternates for folks not from the area, they just mail you a bill later.
Tolls can't count against license points here. So I and everyone at TXDOT will die of old age before they extract that gotcha tax. They have wasted far more in postage for all the letters my postman lost in a boating accident.
