I don't resonate with "your calendar is probably 90% work for other people" being a bad thing. As an adult, not only is your time best spent helping others, including your family and children, but it is also fulfilling and good for the soul.

I doubt he was only talking about employment, because I doubt anyone spends 90% of their time working.
