I know it was a very lockdown thing to do (πŸ™„) but I think I'd like to make bread. Never done it. Think you don't need a breadmaker to do it too.

Dont need a breadmaker if you want to try out something simple first a focaccsio is your best bet

It's not hard, just takes a little practice and time. I haven't made it in a long time, but sourdough is fun.
