Remember I said I had to redeem myself and cook another Pork Belly. Here’s what happened on my second cook. Redemption was cook #3 (2nd and 3rd photos).

Cook#2 was a total loss. Had to leave as soon as cook #3 was finished so didn’t get a final pick off the grill. But I will say they looked and tasted good. 😂😂😂
