Embeding the fountain link makes it show up in fountain. But I still think pods should be shared via episodes.fm
Probably they are boosts/comments made in fountain.
Fountains reward program is based on lightning and u can earn some funds as podcaster and listener.
It's more the nostr way.

To my knowledge, it just depends on the client you are using. Some clients will display URLs to podcasts as just a clickable hyperlink, while others will display it as an embedded preview.
