To my knowledge, it just depends on the client you are using. Some clients will display URLs to podcasts as just a clickable hyperlink, while others will display it as an embedded preview.
I've seen people embed shared podcasts or episodes from nostr:nprofile1qqsx2wyjt6lmvc05rrvv05r5hm3w3t7h0pcpmkyswrpd4ymd2u09tscpvemhxue69uhkv6tvw3jhytnwdaehgu3wwa5kuef0dec82c33wc6h2enedq6xc6m9wdkxw7rcvd3kceecvccxs7np0f5xzaehwfehy6rkvech27r6d5exv6ekx33nwvngwpengdtwxpmr20mzwfhkzerrv9ehg0t5wf6k2qguwaehxw309ahx7um5wgknqvfwvfhkcapwda38xetjwejhyy87u5r into their nostr notes.
