So I'm new to hosting a lightning node but nostr:npub1qtvl2em0llpnnllffhat8zltugwwz97x79gfmxfz4qk52n6zpk3qq87dze came out with lightning payments so I decided to set one up with nostr:npub126ntw5mnermmj0znhjhgdk8lh2af72sm8qfzq48umdlnhaj9kuns3le9ll's StartOS, CLN and RTL.
Overall it's been pretty easy to set up! Also, adding in-bound liquidity was EZPZ with a l-btc swap via nostr:npub1psm37hke2pmxzdzraqe3cjmqs28dv77da74pdx8mtn5a0vegtlas9q8970 !

How did you end up opening your channel? I’ve tried receiving onchain via the CLN and RTL UIs but haven’t seen anything yet even though the transactions have already been confirmed. I think it’s because my Bitcoin Core is still syncing (at least I hope so). 😄
Also, where does Boltz come in? And have you successfully received a payout from OCEAN yet?
Correct, it will not show until you sync the block that has the transaction.
I created a channel to Boltz|CLN (see Amboss), then created inbound liquidity by creating an invoice on Aqua wallet (they use Boltz for LN - L-BTC swaps) and paying it through my node.
Yes, I received my Ocean payout! ⚡⚡ But it came on a different channel. 😃

The blockchain is taking so long to sync. I thought it was already up-to-date when I first installed StartOS a few months ago. Don’t know why it seems to have started from 0 again. Maybe an update to Bitcoin Core. 😄
