Maybe they didn’t want you to face challenges. In yoga, you can learn about yourself and your body through the poses. I’ve learned a lot just by practicing.
No not at all. Maybe I did not explain myself properly.
Of course we should challenge ourselves but not to the point of wounding.
It should be a process of day by day going a bit further but not further to the point of injury. We must be wary of our limits
