Sincere question: What do you believe it would be the long term consequences of legalizing crack/cocaine and heavy opioids like fentanyl? I mean, though government policies are usually disastrous, would complete legalization be an "optimal point" for the issue?
One need look no further than Portugal. They did and the fear porn never came to fruition.
